Our Mission
A new culinary reality has arrived in the Italian food scene of Hua Hin.
Located in a magnificent position in the busiest area of the city of Hua Hin surrounded by hotels and just few steps from the night life Zafferano’94 Restaurant after more than 20 years of experience in restaurant business on the island of Koh Samui, brings experience and passion in the city.
Zafferano’94 was born from an idea of the chef and owner Gavassa Luca and the Sommelier and restaurant manager Davide Lucatello, a modern and elegant Italian restaurant with an innovative touch, which uses traditional centenary recipes reinvented with modern cooking techniques and preparations.
Our Philosophy
The Zafferano’94 restaurant seats 22 in the VIP dining room with air conditioning and 22 outdoors in the smoking area on the outdoor terrace, with a refined and welcoming design where, with the open kitchen, you can see the Chef and his team at work.
The concept is a refined and refined cuisine with an enveloping approach in Italian style; customers are invited to dine in a relaxed, professional atmosphere pleasantly accompanied by live jazz music or an Italian lounge music selection, experiencing a journey through the flavors of passion and technique of our Chef.
Wide range of imported products, mostly from Italy but also from France, Spain, USA and Asia, rigorously selected. the aim of Zafferano’94 is to ensure that the quality of the ingredients is then found by the diners in all the gastronomic creations on the menu with a wide range of choices from our traditional all-Italian à la Carte menu, the Chef table menu with specialties and creations of the Chef and obviously an Italian restaurant cannot miss the fire Pizza with the topping menu of your choice.
An extensive wine list with over 150 different labels from all over the world is unique in the city.
In our bar/lounge you can also taste from our wide cocktail list or from our imported craft beers offer, or just simply for a drink in the outdoor sofa lounge area. Zafferano’94 is not the usual restaurant .
